He oversees Vera's technology, from its banking platform and debit card program to the artificial intelligence (AI) that powers it. Richard built Vera to be privacy-first, making a permanent promise that Vera will never sell or share user data. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, he leads a distributed engineering team across the United States and Uruguay.
