Pin or unpin messages to revisit later

On how to use our pinned messages section

After you create an account, Vera will remember all your conversations but if you want to keep handy a particular answer she gave you or something you shared you can pin the message.

All pinned messages can be accessed from the main screen scrolling down to the Pinned messages section.

To pin a message just tap the pin icon you'll find at the bottom of all messages.

The pin icon will change to Unpin and you can use it to undo the pin action right there.

You can tap any saved message to continue chatting about it with Vera or you can remove it from your list of pinned messages using the trash bin icon in the top right corner.

Tips:

  • Keep your best chats close: Pin messages that include key insights, advice, or progress updates from Vera so you can find them faster later.

  • Refresh often: Unpin messages once they're no longer relevant, so your pinned section stays neat and useful.

  • Pick up where you left off: You can tap any pinned message to jump right back into the conversation with Vera.

If you need help, our team's always here for you — just contact us through the support bubble in the lower right corner of your screen.
